Information Collection

Farm Wars collects, and may store, the information as described below. The primary goal for collecting and using this information is to create your account, provide a service to you, improve our service, provide technical and user support, contact you, and for internal reports and analytics as well as ensure fair play.
We collect personal information in two ways. Firstly we obtain information about your mobile device, advertising ID, Internet Protocol (IP) address, etc when you create your account and access the Service. Secondly we obtain information which you have agreed to share with us by entering your profile information, including but not limited to your name, gender, date of birth, mobile number and email address.
In addition, we create a unique User Id to internally identify your account.

Android Platform

When you access Farm Wars on a mobile device we collect and record certain information such as the unique Android Id, hardware information (including device manufacturer, device model, screen size) and Android software information (including SDK version, language), Farm Wars App version number and your Internet Protocol (IP) address. This information is necessary to uniquely identify your device and account on the Service, and is also useful for troubleshooting and to understand usage trends.

Real Device Detection

To ensure fair-play in the game, the app will perform a number of checks on both the hardware, software and system settings reported by the device. This includes device hardware information such as CPU type and Wifi network, and software information such as a list of apps installed on the device to determine the lancher used. We do not store nor transmit this information. It is only accessed inside the app and will then be discarded immediately. This device information is only used for the single purpose of detecting cloning-apps and emulators. We do not access this information automatically, you will first have to give your consent.

Customer Service

We may collect your email address when you contact our customer service, and may use that email address to contact you regarding the Service.

Game State and Analytics

When accessing Farm Wars we collect data about your interactions with the game, and with other players within the game. This information will be associated with your User Id for the purposes of maintaining game state, and for managing and improving the Service. We make use of mobile analytics software to enable us to better understand the functionality of the Farm Wars app on your device. This software may record information such as when and how often you use the application, the events that occur within the application, aggregated usage data, performance data, and where the application was downloaded and accessed from.

Push Notifications

Farm Wars makes use of offline push notifications via the mobile application. You may opt-out at any time from receiving these notifications by disabling them at the device level, or through the game settings.

Third Party Services

The Farm Wars app may contain third party SDKs and libraries. We will attempt to ensure these third party services also fully comply with privacy and data protection laws, this privacy policy, and the policies of the App Stores where we publish Farm Wars.

Information Disclosure

Farm Wars does not share your personal information except as approved by you or as described below: We may release your information as permitted by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or when we believe that release is appropriate to comply with the law; investigate fraud, respond to a government request, enforce or apply our rights; or protect the rights, property, or safety of us or our users, or others. We may share your information in connection with any merger, sale of our assets, or a financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company. You will be informed, by means of a notice within the game, of any change in ownership of your personal information.
We may share aggregate or anonymous information about you with advertisers, publishers, business partners, sponsors, and other third parties.

Security

Farm Wars takes all reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorised access or against loss, misuse or alteration by third parties. We continually review and update our data protection measures to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of your information in accordance with industry best practices. The measures we adopt to ensure the security of your personal information includes technical measures and internal policies to prevent unauthorised access, loss or use of personal information.
No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Data Retention and Account Deletion

We value your presence in Farm Wars and retain your information as long as your account is active on the Service, allowing you to seamlessly resume your game after any break. However, if you decide to permanently delete your Farm Wars account, please click on the link below. Upon receiving your form submission, we will initiate a verification process for ownership confirmation. This includes sending a confirmation email to the address associated with your farm account. It's imperative that you respond to this email to validate your deletion request.
Please be aware that account deletion is an irreversible action. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be retrieved or restored, and all associated data, progress, and achievements in Farm Wars will be permanently lost.
While we retain your information to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, you have the right to request account deletion at any time. Please note, upon the deletion of your account, all your personal information will be permanently removed. However, to maintain the integrity of the game, certain anonymous data, such as game history including leaderboard positions and medals, will be retained. This data is essential for the ongoing functionality and historical accuracy of the game. Be assured, this anonymous data will be completely disassociated from your identity and cannot be traced back to you.
Please note that to ensure the integrity of the current game, certain data associated with your account will only be permanently deleted at the commencement of the next game cycle.
