Farm Wars Prize Rules

  1. Prizes can occasionally be won in the game but not in every game. Games with prizes will be announced and added to the in-game Help section.
  2. Prizes are based on a per game basis where games start Monday mornings and end Sunday evenings.
  3. All winners will be announced immediately after game end Sunday evenings.
  4. Winners will be selected via the in-game leader-boards for each category.
  5. In the unfortunate event that there are more than 1 player with exactly the same amount of equity (or whatever points are used to determine the winner) we will choose the winner based on their biggest sales.
  6. To participate, you will have to have played the game and achieve the necessary position or reached the specific goal in the game.
  7. By playing a game with prizes, you give Farm Wars the right to use your name and your profile picture on any promotional merchandise or marketing material at their discretion. The winner will receive a prize as stated below but will not receive ongoing compensation for the use of their name and caption.
  8. You must have played your own game, not have copied someone else, and not be in breach of any applicable legislation or regulations or game terms and conditions. If Farm Wars has reason to believe your entry is not your own work then you might be disqualified.
  9. Playing with any type of automation, artificial intelligence, or not using a proper physical Android device, will result in disqualification.
  10. Farm Wars reserves the right to disqualify any player from any prize which it considers has used improper technical means to play, including but not limited to, any type of automation, artificial intelligence, or not using a proper physical Android device or anything else which might give them an unfair advantage.
  11. You can only play one farm to win prizes. If you have more than 1 farm qualifying for prizes, you must alert the Admin of the game immediately, in which case you will only receive one prize. However if you do not inform Admin immediately, and it is determined that you have multiple farms you might lose all prizes. Farm Wars will make the final decision.
  12. No purchase is necessary to qualify for a prize.
  13. In the event that prizes are only for a certain country, then only people from that specific country will qualify for the prizes.
  14. If, for any reason, Farm Wars is unable to supply the prizes, the game reserves the right to substitute them with any other prize or with in-game credits of any value.
  15. Prizes will take time to source and also to distribute to the winner(s). So expect a reasonable delay between winning and receiving the prize. However Farm Wars will try to complete it as quickly as possible.
  16. Shipping of prizes is only done to standard addresses within the country where the prize is available, and any further special delivery requirements will be the liability of the winner.
  17. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash or other prize alternatives available.
  18. Winner agrees to have their name and profile picture published on the Farm Wars social media channels.
  19. The prize is not open to any employees (or members of their family) of Farm Wars, Inventit or any company or agency directly connected with the creation and administration of this promotion.
  20. The Prize needs to be redeemed within 90 days of receipt of the voucher or within the expiry date which is on the voucher.
  21. If a winner of a prize does not claim it within 7 days then they will forfeit it.
  22. We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time, as well as the prizes.
  23. The winners will be selected as per the final leader-board positions after each game end, at the discretion of Farm Wars.
  24. Farm Wars' decision is binding and final on all matters relating to the prizes and no correspondence will be entered into.
  25. Acceptance of these rules is a condition of playing.
